On January 24th, the Fleet World’s Great British Fleet Awards took place in London and Astrata’s fleet software solution TripMonitor was shortlisted for the Innovation in Customer Service Award in the category Innovation in Customer Service. We didn’t lift the trophy, but we are extremely proud of our ‘highly commended’ accolade, which highlights TripMonitor as a first-class system that is unique and delivers positive results for our customers.
Congratulations to all the winners!
Simon Hill (Right) - Country Manager UK - receiving the ‘highly commended’ accolade
We are delighted to announce that TripMonitor has been nominated in Fleet World’s Great British Fleet Awards, in the category Innovation in Customer Service. The Great British Fleet Awards celebrate the best of corporate mobility in the UK.
Astrata’s solution is designed for operations where timing of delivery and route control are crucial to success. TripMonitor pro-actively alerts fleet managers at a very early stage, if a risk of delay is identified, ensuring they can take immediate action to solve the issue at hand and communicate necessary arrangements with customers. Through management-by-exception, only those trips that are not aligned with the planning, are focused on. This greatly improves customer satisfaction levels.
Simon Hill, European Head of Sales at Astrata, said that he was extremely proud to be recognised with this nomination: “We have listened very carefully to understand what our customers need and developed TripMonitor in answer to this. It is the only fleet solution in the market that gives one single view of all transport activities and which accepts data from over 65 different systems simultaneously.”
“The industry is getting increasingly more competitive and this nomination is a great validation that TripMonitor is a first-class system our customers can continue to rely on.”, added Keith Watson, UK Sales Manager at Astrata.
We would like to thank Fleet World for this nomination and we look forward to the awards ceremony on 24th January.
