Sales Manager VanLinc UK

To extend our European team | M/F, 40 hrs. | Work location: Eindhoven, The Netherlands


The job:

  • Sell Astrata Europe’s VanLinc solution to potential customers,
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline with enough quantitative and qualitative leads to achieve and surpass your sales target,
  • Search and identify new sales opportunities and leads,
  • Generate qualified appointments with key stakeholders who have decision making authority.
  • You will report to the head of VanLinc Sales.
  • You will be supported by a telemarketing effort.



  • Convert leads to sales opportunities by identifying alignment of critical business needs with Astrata Europe's solutions,
  • Identify and generate new target prospects through research, networking, and referrals,
  • Qualify leads, determine the best way to approach potential customers,
  • Manage the complete sales cycle and follow up,
  • Work closely with sales leadership to prioritize opportunities and execute sales strategies,
  • Manage customer contact efficiently and effectively,
  • Maintain the CRM for opportunity, pipeline and contact management,
  • Work compliant with Astrata Europe sales processes and procedures.

Junior It Engineer

To extend our European team | M/F, 40 hrs. | Work location: Eindhoven, The Netherlands


Job summary:

The IT department supports Astrata Europe’s B2B services and applications for the European Fleet Management solutions market for both mobile and web-based platforms. As part of our strategy, the IT team is mainly responsible for application deployment, monitoring and operational support, while making use of external suppliers for delivering the server, storage and network infrastructure.

Furthermore, the team supports the office IT infrastructure to support the 100 users of Astrata, in Eindhoven, Madrid and the roaming users in Europe. The IT team is responsible for, installing, monitoring and operational support of these platforms.


Skills / Experience:

  • MBO level, through formal education or working experience, in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline,
  • 3 years’ prior work experience, ideally in a medium / large enterprise class IT environment,
  • Experience working in a Microsoft back office environment,
  • Knowledge of several platforms, e.g. ARM/Win CE/Win XP/Android.
  • Experience of working with mobile telecom networks is a plus.
  • Server administration, Active Directory, McAfee ePo, TeamViewer,
  • Experience in internet security,
  • Proven Experience with cloud services (e.g. MS Azure),
  • Experience with Microsoft deployment tools,
  • Communicates effectively within a team environment,
  • Fluent English,
  • Flexible, open to change and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Support Specialist German / Dutch

Job summary:

The Technical Support Specialist provides first line support to our customers. An extensive product and support training program will be part of the start-up phase of the job.


Skills / Experience:

  • Bachelor working and thinking level, acquired by education or work experience,
  • Work experience in a technical support environment,
  • Service and customer minded,
  • Strong troubleshooting, ability to define problems and create solutions effectively and efficiently, analysis skills,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Fluent in German, Dutch and English (verbal and written), knowledge of other European languages (written and verbal) is considered a plus,
  • Ability to work with deadlines in a dynamic environment,

Telemarketing Agent VanLinc

To extend our European team | M/F, flexible hrs | Work location: home office


Job summary:

Astrata Europe is looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, experienced, motivated, articulate, and positive Telemarketing Agent.


You will be generating leads, cold contacting potential customers and generate appointments in support of our Sales Team. In addition, there will also be an opportunity to perform self-generated ‘web sales’.


We are looking for commercial talent that speaks one of the following languages at native level: Dutch, French, Spanish, German and Polish. You will also be required to speak English in order to be able to cooperate with the rest of the Astrata Europe team. 


You will be supported by a central lead generation effort and will be provided with a laptop and headset. The hours are flexible; however you must be able to call during business hours.

You will receive a base salary and an attractive Sales Incentive based on success.
