Technical Account Manager

To extend our European team | M/F, 40 hrs. | Work location: Home office, Germany

 

Job summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for the full contract execution and project management after the sales contract is signed. He or she is responsible for monitoring the key success factors of the customer projects in order to achieve project realization and optimal customer satisfaction.
In this role he or she will focus on building relationships with our customers, providing technical training and spending time on the customer’s location to ensure that the customer is optimally satisfied with Astrata’s services and products in relation with the customer’s needs and expectations. He or she will identify potential commercial opportunities.
 
The Account Manager supports the installation of our products and interacts with the customer support organization to ensure goals are achieved. In addition he or she gives feedback to our organization about product enhancement requirements that reflect our customer needs.

 

Duties & Responsabilities: 

  • Design and develop state-of-the art web applications, both on front-end and back-end, but with the focus on front-end,
  • Responsible for producing high quality web applications in an Agile team environment,
  • Provides documentation and information to the Astrata quality assurance team,
  • Interacts with system designers, quality assurance and product management teams.

Technical Support Specialist German / Dutch

To extend our European team | M/F, 40 hrs. | Work location: Eindhoven, The Netherlands

 

Job summary:

The Technical Support Specialist provides first line support to our customers. An extensive product and support training program will be part of the start-up phase of the job.

 

Skills / Experience:

  • Bachelor working and thinking level, acquired by education or work experience,
  • Work experience in a technical support environment,
  • Service and customer minded,
  • Strong troubleshooting, ability to define problems and create solutions effectively and efficiently, analysis skills,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Fluent in German, Dutch and English (verbal and written), knowledge of other European languages (written and verbal) is considered a plus,
  • Ability to work with deadlines in a dynamic environment,
  • Flexible and independent worker and team player

Software Engineer Front End

Job summary:

The Engineering department of Astrata Europe B.V. is developing and adapting services and applications for the European market for web-based platforms. You will join the team (located in Madrid, Spain, and Eindhoven, The Netherlands)
