To support our European team | M/F | Work location: Ibercenter - Madrid (ES) 

Your assignment:

  • Create and execute structured manual test activities during product development, exploratory tests, regression tests and report results,
  • Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics,
  • Final acceptance of all Astrata products and services,
  • Working on several platforms and become an expert on our products,
  • Execute tests in the lab environment and occasionally on different vehicles in the customer environment.

Technical Support Specialist

Your assignment:

  • 1st level End to End product troubleshooting and product support,
  • Accurate and timely data input into the CRM system. Documents all issues and interactions, troubleshooting steps and resolutions provided,
  • Appropriate follow up, keeps the customer informed, provides status when problem identified,
  • Work with cross functional teams such as Account Managers and IT to resolve customer issues,
  • Perform Stand by duty (when fully trained, to ensure 24/7 Hotline service).
